Social Event, 7 p.m.
The evening begins at 7 p.m. with a tour of The Spire, 82 Sydenham Street, by Elspeth Deir (Spire Board Member). Meet by the sanctuary doors off of William Street on the west side of the church – this is an accessible ramped entrance. The former church has successfully been repurposed into a vibrant community gathering space for meetings, learning, celebrations, commemorations, music, art, and culture. Come learn about this remarkable transformation!

Business Portion, 8 p.m.
The business portion of the meeting will begin after the tour and will take place in the Lower Meeting Room. The program and agenda will be available at the beginning of the business portion of the meeting. Make sure to sign in when you arrive so we can track numbers! We need 20 members for a quorum so please plan on attending.
