Agreed. All 3 properties have city by-laws under the Ontario Heritage Act that will protect the heritage attributes of each property. The thing that is most concerning is the potential for severances – breaking the parcels up – all that waterfront!
@frontherfdn It doesn’t change the fact that many of us believe in preserving publicly owned land for public use. Yes housing is important. But if the property is redeveloped in private hands, what are the odds it will address the housing crisis issue that is rooted in the affordable
