Faculty 47 Tour

You won’t want to miss this tour of Faculty 47 on Monday, March 16 at 10 a.m. This project was one of our 2025 Heritage Conservation Award winners, for the sensitive renovations to the original (school) building and a four-storey rear addition housing 11 residential units, including three that are fully accessible. There is even a large rooftop amenity space offering views of the Old Sydenham Heritage Conservation District!
