On Tuesday 29 March, 2016, Mary Alice Snetsinger presented a talk about the history, salvage and restoration of endangered 19th Century Lighthouses in the Thousand Islands.  Mary Alice, a Conservation Biologist working in the Kingston area, worked for four years at the Thousand Islands National Park.  She became interested in the 19th century lighthouses of the Thousand Islands in 1997, and has been researching them ever since.
