FHF Annual General Meeting 
Sunday June 7, noon, at The Secret Garden

Join us at The Secret Garden, 73 Sydenham Street South, at 12 p.m. for light refreshments; the business portion of the meeting starts promptly at 12:30 p.m.

The program and agenda will be available at the beginning of the meeting. Make sure to sign in when you arrive so we can track numbers! 

Please also review the audited financial statements for January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, provided by Withey Addison LLP, in advance of the meeting.

If you cannot attend but wish to vote, this proxy form can be filled in online and sent by email to contact@frontenacheritage.ca. Alternatively, it can be sent by mail to Frontenac Heritage Foundation c/o PO Box 27, STN Main, Kingston K7L 4V6. Only proxy forms that are received before the AGM on June 7 can be considered so please send early if using the mail.
