Dr. Jennifer Campbell holds an undergraduate and master’s degree in Anthropology from Memorial University in Newfoundland Labrador, and a doctorate in Anthropology from the University of Toronto (2011). In 2016 she was retained by the City of Kingston as Manager of Cultural Heritage, and in 2021, was advanced as Director of the newly-formed Heritage Services Department. She is Research Fellow for both the University of Toronto and Trent University.
